Reflections of a heartbeat
And all of a sudden I'm a poet again
One touch, a long hug and
Something triggered something else
And words turned into a verse
No fear, no disdain
No calamity in my brain
No Consequences, no mistakes
Even though terror swept through my veins
I stop
I look around
I want more of your attention now,
The curiosity about your hair,
About that strange smile
Multiplies ten-fold
And knocks me out into the cold truth world
Face to face again once more
And as i wait about it i think
What is it good for?
Absolutely nothing for! Wanna hear it again?
Absolutely nothing for!
I am not yours and you aren't mine
Each one near it's own kind
Don't panic, this is not about you
It's about me and my point of view
A different style!

You ruined the magic
Now it's a story of if's
And could'as and should'as
And Buddhas
As if we were saints
And the unbalanced ruined us
But the truth is simple
As i know it always to be
I made a mistake and
So did she
Have you ever made a mistake?
Have you ever... Lost a friend...
For the one next door?
Have you ever gained respect
When you should've lost it
Have you ever dodged a bullet
When you didn't even ask for it...
